Adecco is partnering with a Japanese MNC Manufacturing of Automotive, and we are looking for an Order Fulfillment Coordinator to join their business!

The Opportunity:

Adecco is partnering with a Japanese MNC Manufacturer of Automotive Components, and we are looking for an Order Fulfillment Coordinator to join their business!

Proven ability to work in fast-paced environment, with experience generating high volume of Purchase Orders (POs) monthly. Capable of independently hosting meetings and liaising with forwarders for both import and export overseas shipments.

  • Permanent, Full-time opportunity
  • Location: Central region, near Labrador Park
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
  • Salary Package: up to $3,800 basic + AWS

The Job:

  • Manage daily shipment activities, including generating and sending purchase orders, and shipping documents (Incoterms, Commercial Invoices and Bills of Lading).
  • Coordinate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and freight forwarders.
  • Handle supplier and customer relations, managing order backlogs and forecasts.
  • Oversee inventory control, focusing on temporary stock and Business Continuity Plan (BCP) stock.
  • Conduct cost analysis, with a focus on cargo and logistics costs.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

The Talent:

  • Min Diploma holder.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar environment.
  • Knowledge and experience in using incoterms.
  • Experience issuing/generating high volume of Purchase Orders (POs).
  • Experience liaising with forwarders for overseas shipments (import and export).
