Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Support and manage daily sales and customer service operations.
  2. Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, delivery documents, and invoices.
  3. Coordinate with logistics and warehouse for timely delivery.
  4. Maintain accurate sales and inventory records.
  5. Handle office administrative tasks such as filing, supplies, and document control.
  6. Assist with basic finance duties, such as issuing payment vouchers, petty cash management, and data entry for accounts receivable/payable.
  7. Work closely with the sales and finance teams to support monthly reporting and reconciliation.
  8. Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

  1. GCE O Levels, NITEC or higher; candidates with a diploma in Business or Accounting are preferred.
  2. 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, admin, or accounting support.
  3. Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and basic finance processes (invoicing, PO, payment tracking) is a plus.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  5. Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking skills.
  6. Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin (to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients/suppliers).
