We are a well-established toy distributor in Singapore, seeking a Sales Admin Support Executive to assist our Sales and Marketing Department. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive individual with strong Excel skills and a passion for supporting sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing team
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, client data, and order tracking
  • Perform data analysis using Excel to support sales strategy and forecasting
  • Generate reports using functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data filtering
  • Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and customer communication
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales admin or a related support role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data analysis)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
