A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a Sales Admin or Coordinator to support the sales team. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in English and Mandarin and have relevant experience in sales. This is a permanent position offering a monthly salary of up to $3000 plus performance bonuses.

Job description
  • Position : Sales Admin or Coordinator (Bathroom/Kitchen)
  • Location : Near Pasir Panjang MRT
  • Working hours : 5 days work week (9.30am - 6.30pm)
  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3000 + Performance Bonus + 14 days annual leaves
  • Duration : Permanent
  • Industry : Bathroom supply

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for sales team members from pre- to after-sales.
  • Processing paperwork, maintaining accurate records, and updating entries with regard to sales figures and key data.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve any problems relating to documentation or sales-related activities.
  • Scheduling appointments, performing administration work for jobs, answering customers’ inquiries, and updating customer order status in a timely manner.
  • To schedule jobs, projects, or deliveries and coordinate between internal and external parties
  • Collate sales leads and distribute/assign them equally among sales team members

Requirements:

  • Min O level/ITE
  • 1-2 years of relevant working experience in sales, related industry is highly preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
