A logistics company in Singapore is looking for a sales admin support to facilitate communication with overseas networks and customers. Responsibilities include managing sales inquiries, documentation, and preparing reports. Candidates should possess GCE 'N' / 'O' / 'A' Level or a diploma and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, and training will be provided. Competitive salary offered.
Responsibilities:
Perform close and effective liaison and communication with our overseas network and customers on shipments
Attend to customers’ enquiries pertaining to sales issues and requirements
Provide general sales admin & support roles (Quotations, data entry & documentation)
Preparation of month-end reports, statistics, invoices, etc.
Requirements:
GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’/ ‘A’ Level, Diploma
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Basic understanding of Freight Forwarding or logistics is an advantage
Team player with attention to detail
Fast worker with an initiative & a positive working attitude
Able to work independently under minimal supervision
Those who are able to start work within a short notice is an advantage
Fresh graduates or candidates with no experience are welcome - Training will be provided
First preference will be given to Singaporeans
Preference for candidates working in Singapore
