Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Admin Officer to support our sales operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales data, coordinating order processing, and preparing key reports that drive business decisions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update daily sales and purchase data across various channels

  • Process Sales, Consignments, Return Orders

  • Print and manage fulfillment labels for e-marketplace platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, etc.)

  • Track stock availability and submit replenishment requests to buyers

  • Reconcile invoices and verify pricing for return orders

  • Prepare regular reports including sales performance, P&L, forecasts, and budgets

  • Ensure data accuracy through regular updates and cleaning of sales databases

  • Coordinate Sales & Marketing meetings, including scheduling and report preparation

  • Liaise with Finance on sales, returns submissions and invoicing matters

  • To assist in providing customer relations duties at our Experience Zone as and when needed

  • Conduct competitor research and support any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales / Marketing or related field

  • Preferably 1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic analysis)

  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Team Player
