A leading company in Singapore is seeking a dedicated individual to assist in customer service and order processing. This entry-level position offers training and opportunities for career progression, requiring strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

Job Scope:
Coordinate and track customer orders from start to finish (negotiation, delivery, and payment).
Prepare invoices, quotation, process orders, and create delivery orders.
Provide good customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
Handle customer enquiries and orders via phone or emails.
Maintain and update customer database and sales records.
Prepare reports for incoming/outgoing stock and inventory levels.
Assist with other tasks assigned by the manager.
Job Requirements:
Entry level is welcome; training is provided
Relevant 1–2 years of experience in customer service, order processing, or sales coordination.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Detail-oriented and organized
Good interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationship
