Job Scope:

• Respond to customer enquiries and orders via email or phone related to Catering process services.

• Prepare invoices, negotiation on quotation, process orders, and create delivery orders

• Provide administrative support to the operation team in managing orders, client inquiries, and documentation.

• Foster and maintain strong client relationships and rapport.

• Follow up after events for feedback and improvements

• Maintain and update customer databases, track orders, and monitor sales performance.

• Assist with any other tasks assigned by the manager.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant 1- 2 experience in customer service, preferably in Sales Admin, catering industry.

• Entry level is welcome to apply; training will be provided.

• Good organizational skills and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
