Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales and Accounting Administrative Executive to manage warehouse inventory, data entry, and communication with warehouse staff. The role also involves handling export and import documentation, communication with customers and suppliers, and assisting with accounting data entry and document management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage warehouse inventory and data entry.
  • Communicate with warehouse staff and manage related documentation.
  • Handle communication with customers and suppliers regarding export and import.
  • Prepare and manage export and import documentation.
  • Issue and amend purchase orders (PO) and manage related documentation.
  • Assist with accounting data entry and manage related documentation.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in sales and accounting.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management and inventory control.
  • Knowledge of export and import procedures and documentation.
Skills and Abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
