Perform end-to-end sales support including processing documentations and handling phone enquiries.
Develop and maintain procurement plan based on established requirements and customers needs.
Maintain proper management of all sales, trade, inventory documentations/database.
Conduct dispute resolution for sales and service-related matters.
Support application initiatives to apply latest technology implementation to improve operations in own work areas.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Business Management or relevant field.
