JOB SUMMARY

SPD is seeking a Sales & Admin Executive to assist in carrying out sales and marketing activities, including handling sales enquiries and processing invoice payments. The incumbent will work closely with the Business Development Executive to ensure all sales functions are operating seamlessly, including the SPD e-shop and other online sales platforms. In addition, the incumbent is required to undertake the role of managing the IG account of the Artisan Collab and to participate in roadshows periodically.

JOB SCOPE/ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Marketing Coordination

  • Handle sales order processing (via e-shop/ online platforms, email requests and walk-in) and invoicing.
  • Coordinate orders/customisations, ensuring that they are processed and delivered in a timely manner.
  • Build and maintain good customer relations as the primary service contact.
  • Consolidate periodic sales reports and manage the customer database.
  • Undertake social media marketing role by managing the IG account of Artisan Collab by contributing and managing contents to generate interests in the merchandise and drive sales.

Day-to-Day Operations and Administrative Duties

  • Work closely with the production teams and external vendors to ensure seamless and efficient delivery of orders.
  • Work closely with Finance and Procurement teams to ensure that invoices are processed on time, and that all procurement matters are in order.
  • Assist in the maintenance of sales database, amongst other knowledge management duties.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time by the Reporting Officer.

JOB HOLDER REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration / Business Studies/ Marketing / Finance, and any related disciplines with at least 2 years of relevant sales & admin and e-commerce marketing. Candidates with social media marketing experience will be favourably considered.
  • A self-motivated team player, adaptable and able to multi-task.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, and/or other related e-commerce sales platform knowledge would be advantageous.
  • Possess good interpersonal, communication and marketing skills.
