Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Admin Executive to provide administrative and operational support to our sales team. The ideal candidate will manage sales documentation, coordinate between departments, handle customer queries, and ensure efficient order processing and data management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, contracts, and reports.
- Process sales orders, track deliveries, and update order status in the system.
- Maintain and update customer databases, price lists, and sales records in CRM and ERP systems.
- Handle customer inquiries and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Assist in preparing sales performance reports, sales forecasts, and dashboards for management.
- Coordinate sales team schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies regarding documentation, pricing, and approval processes.
- Liaise with logistics, finance, and inventory teams for smooth execution of sales transactions.
- Support in the preparation of sales presentations and materials for client meetings.
- Monitor and manage stock levels related to sales orders and notify relevant teams of inventory issues.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in a sales coordination, administrative, or back-office support role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of basic invoicing and order management processes.
- Familiarity with inventory and supply chain coordination.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
