A leading manufacturer is seeking a Sales Admin/Customer Service Coordinator for a permanent role based in West Singapore. You will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, handling accounts and sales coordination, while ensuring high-quality service. Requirements include a diploma in Electronics or Business and fluency in English and Mandarin. This opportunity offers a salary up to $4200 plus bonuses based on experience.

Job description

Position: Sales Admin/Customer Service Coordinator (MARINE/ELECTRONIC)

Location: West (Tuas - transport provided from Tuas Link MRT)

Working hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)

Salary: Up to $4200 + AWS + Variable Bonus + OT (commensurate with experience)

Duration: Permanent

Industry: Manufacturer

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Process customer inquiries via email and phone calls
  2. Liaise with customers regarding their service inquiries
  3. Provide information about accounts, products, and services; interact effectively with customers
  4. Generate sales from customer inquiries
  5. Coordinate with customers on fulfillment discrepancies
  6. Ensure effective customer service by coordinating service requirements with other departments
  7. Plan the allocation of service engineers for assigned jobs
  8. Handle purchasing matters related to customer inquiries
  9. Monitor vessels constantly as assigned
  10. Oversee engineers onboard executing jobs with care
  11. Ensure spare parts used onboard are approved by customers
Requirements:
  1. Diploma in Electronics & Electrical or Business
  2. 1-2 years of experience in Marine Navigation System Industry (not mandatory)
  3. Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking associates
