A vibrant catering company in Singapore is looking for a Customer Service Assistant to manage inquiries and orders. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales administration, preferably in the catering industry. This role involves responding to client inquiries, preparing invoices, and providing administrative support to the operations team. Entry-level applications are welcome as training will be provided, making it a great opportunity for growth in a fast-paced environment.

Job Scope:
Respond to customer enquiries and orders via email or phone related to catering services.
Prepare invoices, quotation, process orders, and create delivery orders
Provide administrative support to the operation team in managing orders, client inquiries, and documentation.
Foster and maintain strong client relationships and rapport.
Prepare reports for incoming, outgoing, and stock inventory.
Maintain and update customer databases, track orders, and monitor sales performance.
Assist with any other tasks assigned by the manager.
Job Requirements:
Relevant 1- 2 experience in customer service, preferably in sales admin, catering industry.
Entry level is welcome to apply; training will be provided.
Good organizational skills and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
