A leading company in the garment industry is looking for a Sales Admin/Coordinator near the Tai Seng MRT. In this permanent role, you will manage buyer orders, support customer service, and coordinate with suppliers. A salary of up to $3000 is offered, along with bonuses and medical fees.

  • Prepare quotations, purchase orders, and manage delivery schedules.

Job description

  • Position: Sales Admin/Coordinator
  • Location: Near Tai Seng MRT
  • Working hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday (9.00am - 6.00pm)
  • Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $3000 + VB + Medical Fees of $500 annually
  • Duration: Permanent
  • Industry: Garment

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process buyers’ orders
  • Customer Service
  • To co-ordinate samples and work closely with production on order lead-times, handles day-to-day problems and ensure timely delivery
  • Liaise with suppliers and clients
  • Prepare quotations, tenders, purchase orders, delivery orders, data entry, etc.
  • Plan delivery schedule

Requirements:

  • Experience in garment industry with min. 2 years related working experience
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers only
