Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a candidate for administrative support in the Central Business District. Responsibilities include data entry, inventory management, and coordination with teams. Candidates should have GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ level, be proficient in Microsoft Excel/Word, and be bilingual in English and Mandarin. Benefits include a salary of $1,800/month and various allowances.

  • Cash handling (cards, petty cash, etc.).
  • Coordination with HQ and other departments.

Job description

Location: Central Business District (CBD)
Working Hours: Retail hours (10am – 9pm), 5 days/week, including weekends and public holidays (off days on rotation)

Salary:

  • Basic: $1,800/month
  • Fixed Allowance: $200 (Meal Allowance)
  • OT Pay (after 44 hours)
  • Commission
  • AWS + Variable Bonus (non-contractual)

Job Scope:

  • Sales & Purchase administrative support (data entry, order processing)
  • Inventory management and reconciliation
  • Cash handling (cards, petty cash, etc.)
  • Coordination with HQ and other departments
  • Ensure smooth administrative operations in assigned boutique
  • Dissemination of memos and communications to boutique staff
  • Filing and documentation
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by HQ

Requirements:

  • GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level or above
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Able to multi-task and work independently
  • Must be able to work retail hours, weekends & PHs
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers)
