Une entreprise dynamique recherche un coordinateur des ventes pour soutenir les équipes dans l'intégration des systèmes de gestion des ventes. Le candidat idéal a une formation Nitec ou GCE 'O' Level et une expérience dans un rôle similaire. Le poste necessite une grande capacité d'organisation et une forte orientation client. Vous rejoindrez une équipe dynamique où la satisfaction du client est une priorité.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operation in support of Sales teams ensuring timely and accurate entry into the Oracle NetSuite system, including order acknowledgement, processing quotations, issue sales booking, delivery order, purchase order, sales order etc
Respond promptly to customers’ inquiries or requests via email, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
To provide good support and customer service to existing customers.
Handle walk-in customer and phone enquiries
Perform general sales administrative duties such as preparing documents and maintaining organized records.
Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager and management
Requirements:
Min Nitec or GCE ‘O’ Level
Min 1 year experience as a Sales Coordinator or administrative role, preferably in sales, logistic, or related fields.
Proficient in MS Office Applications (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Knowledge in using Oracle NetSuite is an added advantage
Able to start work immediately or at a short notice is an added advantage.
