Description

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Sales Admin Coordinator to streamline our sales administration processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent numerical skills, keen attention to detail and problem-solving mindset and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Attending to phone calls and email enquiries from both internal and external in professional, accurately and timely manner.
  • Provides sales and administrative support covering quotations, order processing, billing and collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely fulfilment.
  • Perform daily data entry, document management and reports to ensure accurate and efficient processing of transactions in line with company guidelines.
  • Track and follow up on project schedules to ensure timely completion and maintain filings, ensuring all paper work is clear, proper and regularly checked.
  • Ensure work premises are clean and organized, and support any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements:

  • O level and above.
  • 1 year of working experience in sales administration, coordination, or a similar role. Experience in manufacturing, construction is a plus.
  • Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply, training will be provided
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong communication and customer services skills (written and verbal).
  • Able to start work immediately or with short notice period.
  • 5.5 working days or alternate Saturday.
