Job description

Our esteemed client in the Engineering Consulting industry is seeking Sales Coordinator to join their dynamic team:

  • Employment Type: Permanent
  • Position: Sales Coordinator
  • Location: Northeast
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
  • Salary Package: Up to $3,500 + AWS + Performance Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate outsourced personnel deployment, including scheduling and documentation.
  • Prepare and review tender submissions.
  • Track timesheets and calculate monthly revenue.
  • Source and manage vendor relationships for specialized services.
  • Oversee personnel matters, including leave, attendance, and operational issues.
  • Register vendors in relevant systems and portals.
  • Prepare and manage contracts and agreements.
  • Organize training programs with third-party providers.
  • Handle in-house training coordination and provider registration.
  • Generate sales quotations and invoices.

Job Requirements:

  • At least a Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably in sales coordination, manpower deployment or operational admin.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
