Job description
  1. Support the Corporate Sales teams in day-to-day administrative tasks.

  2. Provide customer service by managing enquiries from internal and external mailboxes.

  3. Help troubleshoot problems with customers’ registrations, customer accounts, and billing issues.

  4. Support Finance and Corporate Sales team to chase outstanding payments.

  5. Manage corporate registration of courses and send confirmation letters to companies.

  6. Check registration forms for courses before registration.

  7. Invoice billing to company, including manual billing for exam fees/transfer fees and generating credit notes to cancel invoices and refund.

  8. Transfer trainees for rescheduled course dates, replacements, and cancellation requests from trainees.

  9. Update trainee details in the Training Management System.

  10. Prepare and send scheduled and/or ad-hoc post-reg reports/requests to customers.

  11. Manage all necessary tasks to fulfill accurate and complete assigned corporate pre- and post-registration duties, including but not limited to the tasks mentioned above.
