About the role

We are seeking a diligent Sales Admin to join our thriving Sales team at Spectrum Audio Visual Pte Ltd in the Kallang Central Region. In this full-time position, you will provide administrative and sales support to our East region construction sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic, fast-paced organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist the sales team with managing customer accounts, orders, and inquiries

  • Prepare sales quotes, invoices, and other sales documents in a timely manner

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales records in our CRM system

  • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth delivery of products and services

  • Provide general administrative support, such as scheduling meetings and processing expense claims

  • Respond to customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service

What we're looking for

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a sales admin or customer service role, preferably in the construction or AV industry

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills, with attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications

  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

  • A positive, and proactive attitude
