A local company in Singapore is seeking an administrative support professional to assist in operations across various departments. The role involves managing customer inquiries, maintaining databases, issuing invoices, and ensuring efficient communication. Ideal candidates will possess strong computer skills, particularly in MacOS, and exhibit excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative support for Office/Accounts/Sales/Logistics/Operations
- Maintain a comprehensive filing Systems & CRM Databases
- Handling calls, emails & attend to Customers' Queries on Technical Issues
- Issue Quotation, Invoices & Receipt, Monitor & Follow-Up Aging Invoices
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned
Requirements :
- High Competence in Computer Skills and MacOS
- Good communication & Interpersonal Skills (Verbal/Written)
- Fast Learner, Meticulous, Self Motivated, Well organised & able to Work Independently
- Ability to Multi-task & work under pressure, Consistently meet deadlines & follow through the progress
- Self starter with hands on attitude & team spirit
- Able to travel to Paya Lebar
