Job summary

A leading company in the manufacturing industry is seeking a Sales Admin Assistant to handle customer orders and coordinate sales activities. The ideal candidate will be proficient in English and Mandarin, possess at least 1-2 years of experience, and be able to work independently. This permanent role offers a competitive salary up to SGD 2,800 plus bonuses and benefits, with company transport provided in the Tuas area.

Job description

  • Position : Sales Admin Assistant (Tuas/Transport provided) - Up To $2,800 + Bonus

  • Location : West - Tuas (Company Transport at Jurong East, Boon Lay)

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday | 8.30am – 5.30pm

  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to Basic $2,800 + Variable Bonus + Annual Leaves + Medical Leaves + Medical Claims

  • Duration : Permanent

  • Industry : Manufacturing – Industrial Pipings

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer orders and handle sales enquiries.

  • Assist overseas teams with quotations and vendor/customer coordination.

  • Process sales quotations, POs, coordinating shipments and deliveries (local & overseas).

  • Address customer complaints and implement preventive measures.

  • Coordinate payments and liaise with freight forwarders/couriers.

  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum O' Level or equivalent with at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience

  • Able to work independently

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with associates who can only speak Mandarin.
