Job summary

A human resources advisory firm in Singapore is seeking an individual to assist with the preparation of quotations, purchase orders, and coordinate with customers and logistics. Candidates should have O-level or NITEC qualifications, experience with ISO9001:2018, and proficiency in Microsoft 365. Training will be provided, and the role operates Monday to Friday, from 8.30am to 5.30pm.

Qualifications

  • Preferable experience using Autocount and/or Odoo System.
  • Relevant working experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery orders.
  • Assist in the administration of POs and contracts.
  • Coordinate with Logistics Supervisor to ensure timely delivery.

Job description
  • Work Location: Toh Guan Road (near IMM) - Jurong East
  • Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
  • Salary Range: $ 2,200 to S$ 2,500
Job responsibilities
  • Responsible to prepare the quotations, purchase orders, picking lists, invoices and delivery orders.
  • Assist the Sales Manager / Executives in the administration of PO and contracts, and to ensure that these requirements are fulfilled as per contractual requirement.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure that customer’s requirements are documented and fully comprehended.
  • Sourcing of goods to meet customer’s requirements.
  • Coordinate with Logistics Supervisor and Store to ensure goods are delivered to customers as per customer’s requirement.
  • Prepare and submit assigned reports.
  • Other Ad Hoc duties as and when require by department Manager.
Requirements
  • With O-level & NITEC is preferable
  • Relevant working experience and ISO9001:2018 is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft (Office) 365
  • Preferrable experience with Autocount (and/or Odoo) System
  • Training provided
