A leading company in Singapore is seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to support office operations, manage invoicing and documentation, and liaise with banks. Ideal candidates should have a minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification and familiarity with Microsoft Office, with entry-level applicants encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
Issue and Handle invoices, data entry, filling, and replying email enquiries
Handles all necessary insurance documentation and processing
Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
Liaise with Banks for customer loan status
Handling of Floor stock financing facility
Assist the team in the daily operational routine.
Answering phone calls and general duties as assigned
Assist management with ad-hoc duties.
Requirements
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent qualifications
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Required language(s): English, Mandarin
Able to work independently and multi-task
