Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team and management.
  • Prepare and process sales quotations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and CRM systems.
  • Assist in tracking sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide support in a professional manner.
  • Liaise with other departments (e.g., finance, logistics) to ensure timely processing of orders and deliveries.
  • Organize and maintain digital and paper files related to sales activities.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports as required.
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
