A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a candidate to provide administrative support for sales coordination. The ideal candidate should possess a Higher Nitec qualification, be fluent in English, and proficient in MS Office. Responsibilities include preparing sales documents and assisting in inventory management. At least 1 year of relevant experience is required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Preparation of documents (e.g. order processing, verifying payment, delivery orders, import/export documents) through SI system
Assist in new IMS (Inventory Management System) Implementation.
Maintain and update sales records and ensure files are backed up regularly.
Provide administrative support to sales team.
Assist in monthly sales closing.
Liaise with various stakeholders (customers, suppliers, and warehouse) to ensure smooth delivery.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Min. Higher Nitec in any discipline
Fluent spoken and written English
Good interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite
At least 1 year of relevant experience
Understand shipping terms such as incoterms.
