Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle new vehicle reservations
  • General administrative work
  • Provide administrative support to internal departments on a daily basis
  • General administrative work related to sales agreements and purchase orders
  • Provide support for the smooth operation of the department
  • Report preparation on a timely basis and with minimal supervision
  • Maintain proper documentation by updating it on a regular basis
  • Updating and maintaining documentation
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed to assist the team
  • Perform any related and reasonable ad hoc duties as assigned by superiors

Requirements:

  • Minimum O level or equivalent
  • Relevant working experience in related field will be a plus point
  • Possess initiative and a positive working attitude
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Good attention to details & meticulous
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Good oral & written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications with in-depth knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
  • Able to work on weekends when required
