An established industry player is seeking a Sales Admin and an Admin Assistant to join their dynamic team. The Sales Admin role involves engaging with customers, managing order processes, and providing support to the sales team, while the Admin Assistant will oversee office supplies, handle purchase orders, and maintain essential records. Information:
Position: Sales Admin -Up to $3,000; Admin Assistant - Up to $2,800
Location: Pioneer Sector
Working hour: Mon-Fri: 8.30am-5.50pm (1 Sat per month to be back half day 8.30am-12.50pm)
Sales Admin
Attend to customers on sales enquiries via telephone calls, emails, etc.
Expediting order processing, preparing quotations and invoicing
Work closely with sales team and providing them with updates when necessary
Coordinate with Store and Logistics teams on delivery, and Inventory management
Coordinate and monitor deliveries and inventories for customers
Provide operational support to the Sales team
At least 'O' Level and above with 2 years in Sales & Marketing/ Customer Service/Trading preferred
IT literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Knowledge of SAP, import/ export documentation/LC negotiation is an advantageous
Admin Assistant
Manage purchases and upkeep of factory/ warehouse/ office related supplies, maintenance and repairs
Issue Purchase Order, check Delivery Order, match Invoices
Creating, maintaining and updating of equipment, vehicles maintenance records
Arranging payment for all maintenance, servicing & miscellaneous purchases
Perform duties such as handle telephone call, mail, visitors, etc.
Liaise with stakeholders for renewal of BCA Licenses, ISO Cert, NEA, LTA, SCDF etc
Maintain records in database in SAP/Excel, inspect and perform reconciliation for discrepancies
At least 'O' Level and above with 1 year in related field
Proficiency in MS Office and SAP preferred
