Responsibilities

• Prepare and process Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, and Delivery Orders in the internal accounting system.
• Monitor sales and project metrics, and assist with related tracking activities.
• Provide finance team with required information for invoicing and billing matters.
• Track project licenses and maintenance schedules, notifying customers in advance for renewals.
• Maintain and improve sales processes, including CRM data, document repository, and execution of sales campaigns.
