Job description

  • Handle the end-to-end order processing for local sales, B2B, and internal purchases, ensuring accurate documentation and timely delivery.
  • Manage product returns and exchanges by preparing the necessary forms and tracking faulty item replacements.
  • Organize and coordinate monthly sales meetings and prepare agendas and related materials.
  • Track and update sales personnel's performance against target incentives, ensuring accurate reporting for internal tracking.
  • Keep track of promoters' attendance and sales staff matters.
  • Liaise with sales teams and logistics to coordinate product promotions, new product launches, and scheduling deliveries.
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials and communications, such as promotions and new product releases.
  • Generate sales and stock reports regularly for internal teams and management, ensuring data accuracy and timely dissemination.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination or administrative roles.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
