1. Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs
2. Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
3. Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
4. Work with other internal teams (technical / procurement / logistic) to meet customer satisfaction and ensure KPIs are being met
5. Develop a thorough understanding of company products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
