Pulse Nova is seeking a seasoned and connected Sales & Accounts Director to lead our client acquisition and relationship management efforts. This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with an existing network of brand, agency, and industry contacts that can be activated to drive immediate sales opportunities.
As a senior leader, you will shape and execute our sales strategy, close key deals, and foster long-term partnerships across the gaming and entertainment ecosystem. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, culturally fluent environment and brings both strategic oversight and hands-on execution to the table.
Key Responsibilities:
Leverage Existing Network
- Activate your established relationships with brands, agencies, media partners, and gaming stakeholders to open doors, secure meetings, and drive high-value partnerships from day one.
Strategic Sales Leadership
- Design, implement, and optimize overarching sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market reach, and position Pulse Nova as a leading force in gaming entertainment.
Client Acquisition & Retention
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities while nurturing long-term, trusted client relationships through outstanding service and impactful results.
Business Development Execution
- Oversee the full sales cycle—from lead generation and pitch creation to contract negotiation and deal closure—with a focus on scalability and profitability.
Proposal & Deal Structuring
- Lead the creation of strategic proposals, customized pitch decks, and pricing models aligned with client goals and Pulse Nova’s capabilities.
Cross-Functional Integration
- Partner with creative, strategy, talent, and production teams to ensure seamless integration of client goals into deliverables and campaign execution.
Revenue Forecasting & Reporting
- Own sales forecasting, track key metrics, and deliver regular performance insights to the executive team.
- Drive business growth through new business development, upselling, and securing strategic partnerships.
Sales Process Optimization
- Continuously evaluate and refine internal sales and account management processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and client satisfaction.
Team Development
- Mentor junior team members, set KPIs, and help scale the sales and accounts function as the company grows.
Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing within a gaming, digital entertainment, or creative agency environment.
- Proven track record of generating revenue through an established network of contacts.
- Deep understanding of the gaming, esports, creator economy, and digital culture.
- Strong executive presence with excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and results-oriented with a strategic mindset.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and leading in a fast-paced, ever-evolving industry.
