Job description

Our Client is a key provider of energy solutions and multi-utilities.

Duration: 12 months extendable/convertible.

Working Location: Somerset (walking distance from MRT).

Working hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Friday).

Job Duties
  1. Plan and oversee all sales activities for the Large Electricity Sales Team, working with various functional teams to propose pricing strategies to achieve and exceed team and personal financial and market share targets.
  2. Foster strong business relationships with existing Commercial and Industrial Key Account customers and prospects, ensuring consistent follow-up.
  3. Collaborate with the Product Development Team to identify and develop new business opportunities and programs for the Commercial and Industrial segment.
  4. Collect competitor market pricing, products, and services information.
  5. Ensure compliance with company procedures and proper documentation of electricity documents, security deposits, and approval forms.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications (Degree) in any discipline.
  • Diploma holder with a minimum of 5 years relevant sales experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of sales and account servicing experience with commercial and industrial customers.
  • Prior experience in leading and managing a team.
  • Experience in the Power Industry.
  • Good interpersonal skills for managing customer relationships.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Ability to interpret tender and contractual documents.
  • Ability to analyze complex data logically.
  • Logical troubleshooting skills.
  • Leadership qualities.
  • Sales-driven with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Clear and fluent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Meticulous and analytical personality to resolve customer issues effectively.
