A leading company in the industry is seeking a Sales Account Manager to manage customer needs and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have an engineering background and proven sales experience, excelling in problem-solving and customer relations. This role offers an opportunity to develop long-term relationships with key clients and contribute to overall sales performance.
Responsibilities
First-point-of-contact for customer vacuum needs
Sales cycle management and new business generation
Budget management (sales & service)
Service enquiry management (repair, exchange, upgrading)
Conflict resolution and relationship building
Reporting and performance monitoring
Identifying growth opportunities and collaborating with the team
Develop long term relationship with Key Appointment Holders within the accounts
Requirements
Bsc/BEng/Diploma in any Engineering discipline
Proven track record as a Sales Account Manager or Sales Account Executive
Hands on experience in direct sales
Known ability as a problem solver and for conflict resolution.
Understand sales reporting metric
Excellent communication skills
Strong reactivity to customer’s request
