ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is looking for a Sales Account Manager to develop strong client relationships and drive long-term business growth. The ideal candidate will manage key accounts, provide technical support, and implement strategic plans to expand revenue. Candidates should have a minimum diploma in Business Administration and at least one year of experience in fibre optics or related fields.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience with fibre optics or relevant products.
  • Prior experience with Structured Cabling/ELV is an added advantage.

  • Position Title: Sales Account Manager
  • Working Location: Macpherson
  • Working Hours: 5 working days (Mon to Fri 8.30AM – 5.30PM)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $4,000 + AWS + Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and sustain strong, long-lasting client relationships with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Engage in regular communication with clients to anticipate future needs and identify new opportunities.
  • Provide technical support to clients by participating in solution development, product demonstrations, and technical presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to resolve client issues and optimize product performance.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive long-term business growth.
  • Identify opportunities for expansion within existing accounts and execute strategies to increase revenue.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, technical, and customer service teams, to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
