Role Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Account Manager to build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with our key retail partners and premium accounts. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of your portfolio, from developing strategic growth plans and achieving sales targets to ensuring exceptional partner satisfaction. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, relationship management, and excellent execution skills to drive market share and revenue.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Growth: Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share through upselling, cross-selling, and new client acquisition.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders, from C-level executives to retail staff.
Collaborative Execution: Work with internal teams (Marketing, Product) and channel partners to launch campaigns, promotions, and ensure a superior customer experience.
Performance & Analysis: Monitor sales data, analyze market trends, and provide accurate forecasts and performance reports to management.
Partner Development: Identify, onboard, and train new retail partners to expand market reach and effectiveness.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in account management, channel sales, or a similar role, within IT peripherals, electronics, consumer goods, or a related industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets, driving account growth, and building strong customer relationships.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both retail partners and senior-level decision-makers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and data analysis (e.g., Power BI) to develop actionable sales strategies.
