  • Manage and grow existing distributor and traditional hardware trade accounts to achieve sales targets
  • Develop sales plans and build both short- and long-term business pipelines with partners
  • Conduct regular market visits and business reviews with key accounts to monitor sell-through and identify opportunities
  • Collaborate with distributors/customers to plan and execute accurate sales forecasts

The requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant sales experience in managing distributors or traditional trade, ideally in hardware, building materials, or related industries
