A consulting firm in Singapore is seeking a Sales Executive to identify new business opportunities and build client relationships. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of B2B sales experience, with strong communication skills and a proven track record of meeting targets. Key Responsibilities
•Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
•Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
•Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
•Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
•Follow up on leads and close sales to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
•Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM.
•Attend industry events and trade shows to generate leads and brand awareness.
Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or equivalent work experience.
•1–3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably B2B.
•Strong communication and persuasion skills.
•Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
•Goal-oriented with a proven record of meeting/exceeding targets.
•Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tracking tools.
