What you'll be doing
  • Proactively engage with existing clients to understand their evolving needs and provide tailored solutions and services
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential and existing clients
  • Prepare and submit tenders for your own or assigned sales leads
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipelines to support reporting and forecasting
  • Continuously research the market, competitors, and industry trends to identify growth and improvement opportunities
What we're looking for
  • Proven success in a sales or account management role, preferably within engineering or industrial services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Ability to think strategically and develop tailored solutions to meet client needs
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills to navigate complex sales situations
  • Proficiency in using sales-related technologies and tools to enhance productivity and performance
  • Valid local Class 3 / 3A driver license
