Our client is a prominent Japanese company, specializing in Office Equipment retail. They are currently looking for an experienced Sales Account Manager to join their growing team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
Manage and control distributor stock level
Help distributor sales forecast and receive purchase orders on time to avoid shortages and achieve sales targets
Handle inquiries, complaints, and problems received by distributors
Visit users to resolve customer concerns and issues when needed
Provide new product information to distributors and offer training
Gather customer feedback and market information
The Requirements:
Diploma holder with at least 3 years of relevant experience
Experience in proposing and selling tangible products such as machinery and equipment to corporations or through distributors
