Job description

We are looking for a Sales Account Manager (Institutions) to join our team. You will be responsible for developing long term relationships with institutional clients. Your job responsibilities will include the following.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Managing a diverse portfolio of accounts and developing new accounts.
  • Act as the point of contact and handle customer’s needs.
  • Generating sales using existing and potential customer networks.
  • Be involved in the preparation of quotations, pitches, proposals and presentations to and delivery to clients.
  • Work with other departments and external vendors/channel partners in various projects.
  • Representing the company at corporate exhibitions and functions.
Requirements:
  • 5 day work week.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the corporate sales/service/airline/hospitality industry, with sales and account management experience.
  • Be pro-active and show initiative. Understanding the clients' needs and providing solutions. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are a must.
  • Highly motivated with strong selling, presentation, and business analysis skills.
  • Hands-on in sales and ability to deliver excellent customer service and experience.
  • Confident disposition, well-groomed with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Preferably with own transportation.
  • Singaporean preferred.
