The Role:

We’re looking for a fun, energetic, and people-loving ICT Sales Executive to help our customers stay ahead. You’ll be part of a tight-knit team focused on customer renewals, telco upgrades, and introducing smarter, more secure services that keep businesses buzzing.

This isn’t some door-to-door, high-pressure sales job. This is all about building trust, solving real problems, and helping customers grow.

What You’ll Do:
  • Reach out to existing customers to renew, upgrade, or migrate to better telco/network solutions
  • Understand client needs and align them with our MSP offerings (think: uptime, security, and scalability )
  • Collaborate with our tech teams to design the right-fit solution
  • Track contract expiries, keep an eye on changes in client setups, and propose timely improvements
  • Be that go-to person when customers say, "Eh, can help me check something?"
Who We’re Looking For:
  • Fresh grads from Poly/ITE are welcome! (Especially from Business IT, Infocomm, or Business Admin courses)
  • You love talking to people and making them feel heard
  • Tech doesn’t scare you — you’re naturally curious (and maybe secretly like routers)
  • You’re organized and on top of your follow-ups
  • Bonus points if your phone has more folders for memes than apps
