Job Summary:
  • Availability to work on the following days and shifts:
  • Monday to Friday: Morning and Afternoon shifts
  • 1 year of relevant work experience required
  • Expected salary: $2,200 - $2,500 per month
  • Job Description:
    Responsibilities:
    • Support for partial accounts (AR/AP)
    • Customer credit control and following up on overdue payments
    • Verify and check invoices for accuracy
    • Post AP invoices to the ERP system and process payments according to credit terms and company policy
    • Reconcile supplier statements and follow up on discrepancies
    • Prepare Directors' claim schedules
    • Assist with monthly and quarterly reports and audit schedules
    • Support year-end stock take and financial audits
    • Maintain proper documentation in compliance with statutory regulations
    • Perform ad-hoc duties as required
    Requirements:
    • Professional Certificate/NiTEC, LCCI in Accounting, Diploma, or equivalent
    • 1-2 years of relevant experience
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • Experience with Microsoft Navision is an advantage
    • Meticulous, accurate, and able to work independently
    • Good interpersonal skills and a team player
    Additional Information:
    • Workplace located in Kaki Bukit Area
    • 5 working days per week
    • Working hours: 0830 to 1800 hrs
