Job description

Position Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and resourceful Sales Executive who can build strong client relationships and drive business development. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of relevant sales or client acquisition experience, preferably with exposure to the Mainland China, Hong Kong, or Taiwan markets. Experience in immigration services, corporate secretarial firms, or financial advisory is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new clients (both individuals and institutions) from the Greater China region
  • Present and promote our services in a consultative, professional manner
  • Understand client needs deeply and tailor suitable service offerings (e.g., family trust vs. VCC fund)
  • Work closely with legal, compliance, and operations teams to ensure smooth client servicing
  • Build and maintain a solid pipeline through referrals, partnerships, and market activities
  • Assist in preparing client proposals, pitch decks, and presentation materials
  • Track market trends and competitor activities in wealth management and fund services
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Key Requirements

  • 1–3 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
  • Prior experience with Chinese-speaking clients or familiarity with China/Hong Kong/Taiwan markets is highly preferred
  • Sales experience in industries such as immigration consulting, family office, corporate services, insurance, or financial advisory is a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential (to communicate with Chinese-speaking clients)
  • Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented; able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong follow-up skills and ability to close deals effectively
  • Comfortable with presenting to high-net-worth clients and senior decision-makers
  • Familiarity with financial products such as trusts, funds, insurance, and offshore structures is a bonus
