• Prepare quotations and proposals outlining the cost of equipment, installation, and maintenance.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to project completion.
• Answer customer questions about air conditioning systems, addressing their concerns and ensuring they understand the products or services offered.
• Coordinate with technicians for installation and ensure a smooth handover to the customer.
• Resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and build long-term partnerships.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in construction air conditioning systems.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
• Preparing marketing materials or attending industry events to generate leads.
