Reporting to the Vertical Market Manager, we are looking for a Sales Manager :

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans for Singapore, focusing on quality, availability, price, and competition.
  2. Manage product marketing in Singapore in accordance with overall Group policies, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  3. Conduct regular contract reviews to ensure customer requirements align with the company's capabilities.
  4. Coordinate customer requirements with production and technical departments.
  5. Initiate and handle Customer Complaint Reports to address issues promptly and efficiently.
  6. Prepare and present annual budgets for costs, revenues, and profits related to marketing, sales, and business in the local market.
  7. Monitor monthly performance against plans and propose corrective actions as needed.
  8. Provide updates on activities, market trends, and relevant items of interest.
  9. Ensure effective communication among colleagues to maintain operational knowledge and efficiency.
  10. Report relevant business information to line management.
  11. Gather and update market intelligence, including competitor activities and industry trends, to inform marketing and product strategies.
  12. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
