A leading company in the bakery sector is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support their sales team. The role involves managing customer accounts, processing orders, and providing administrative support. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our sales team and ensure the smooth operation of sales processes. The Sales Administrator will be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing orders, preparing sales documents, and providing administrative support to the sales team. The ideal candidate should be a strong communicator with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Process sales orders and ensure timely and accurate data entry into the CRM system.
Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and invoices to clients.
Coordinate with logistics, finance, and production departments to ensure order fulfillment.
Maintain and update customer records and sales databases.
Assist the sales team in tracking leads, opportunities, and client communications.
Monitor stock levels and delivery schedules, and follow up on pending orders.
Generate regular sales reports and dashboards for management review.
Handle incoming inquiries and provide product/service information to clients.
Support the planning and execution of sales campaigns, events, and promotions.
Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing presentations.
Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Support Specialist, or similar role.
Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word); experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in a sales support or administrative role.
Knowledge of sales performance metrics.
Familiarity with basic accounting or order processing software.
Customer-first mindset with a proactive attitude.
