Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our sales team and ensure the smooth operation of sales processes. The Sales Administrator will be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing orders, preparing sales documents, and providing administrative support to the sales team. The ideal candidate should be a strong communicator with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process sales orders and ensure timely and accurate data entry into the CRM system.

  • Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and invoices to clients.

  • Coordinate with logistics, finance, and production departments to ensure order fulfillment.

  • Maintain and update customer records and sales databases.

  • Assist the sales team in tracking leads, opportunities, and client communications.

  • Monitor stock levels and delivery schedules, and follow up on pending orders.

  • Generate regular sales reports and dashboards for management review.

  • Handle incoming inquiries and provide product/service information to clients.

  • Support the planning and execution of sales campaigns, events, and promotions.

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing presentations.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Support Specialist, or similar role.

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word); experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education and Experience:
