Job description

Title: Sailpoint Engineer

The SailPoint Engineer will be responsible for managing the SailPoint IdentityIQ application, for IAM processes. The individual will be involved in all aspects of identity management, from design and implementation to maintenance and support.

Working location: Tampines (4 days office, 1 day WFH)

Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and manage SailPoint IdentityIQ, including Life Cycle Manager (LCM) and Compliance Manager (CM).
  • Develop and maintain identity workflows, roles, certification campaigns, and policies.
  • Integrate new applications and systems into the identity management system.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the IAM system and processes.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure the security and integrity of the system.
  • Assist in the development and execution of test plans and scenarios, with a strong understanding of WebService connector.
  • Document all processes and systems related to the IAM system.
  • Onboard business applications to SailPoint IIQ
  • Good hands-on experience of IdentityNow

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and IdentityNow.
  • Strong understanding of identity management, access control, and security protocols.
  • Proficiency in Java and other programming languages.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
