Job summary

SANKYU (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Safety Supervisor cum Facility & Security Coordinator to oversee WSH, facilities, security protocols and compliance at our warehouse.

You will conduct daily site inspections, enforce PPE, coordinate maintenance, manage security operations and lead emergency drills while ensuring audit-ready safety records. Education: Diploma or equivalent; 3–5 years in warehouse/logistics. 5-day work week, Mon–Fri 8am–5.45pm, on-site location.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or equivalent in WSH, Engineering, Facility/Security Management, or a related discipline.
• Certifications: Advanced Certificate in WSH (Level B) and WSH Control Measures (Risk Management).
• Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in a warehouse, logistics, or industrial facility environment.
• Skills: Knowledge of warehouse operations (MHE, racking, traffic management), contractor management, and incident reporting.
• Attributes: Proactive, safety-conscious, and firm but professional in enforcing compliance. Willing to support flexible hours for emergencies.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Safety Supervisor cum Facility & Security Coordinator to oversee and maintain our site's Workplace Safety & Health (WSH), facilities, security protocols, and general compliance. You will play a vital role in ensuring our warehouse remains safe, secure, compliant, and operationally ready.

Job Responsibilities

• Safety & WSH Management: Conduct daily site inspections across the warehouse, yard, and loading bays. Identify hazards, enforce PPE compliance, lead toolbox meetings, and investigate incidents or near-misses.

• Facility Maintenance: Coordinate routine inspections of infrastructure and equipment. Raise maintenance requests, manage vendors, and monitor contractor safety compliance on-site.

• Security Coordination: Oversee daily security operations, track security officer performance, manage site access control, and handle any security breaches.

• Emergency Preparedness: Maintain and check fire safety and emergency equipment. Coordinate fire drills, safety campaigns, and provide emergency response support.

• Compliance & Training: Conduct safety inductions for new hires and contractors. Maintain comprehensive inspection checklists, risk assessments, and training records for audits.
